The Indian Premier League (IPL): Today the match begins with Rajasthan Royals clashing with Kolkata Knight Riders in Eden Garden. The two teams have had a change in fortunes in their last match and will be hoping to keep things right for the coming matches. Kolkata will be hoping to maintain the momentum when they host Jaipur in the 15th match of the Indian T20 League 5.
Kolkata : Gambhir's side is fortunate to get a day's extra break after their win against Bangalore. It took a lot of chopping and changing within the team to get to the winning mode after the back-to-back losses against Delhi and Rajasthan.Kolkata Knight Riders managed to get their points column moving, with a win over Royal Challengers Bangalore handing them their first victory in three matches. Despite the win, there are certain problem areas for the Gautam Gambhir-led squad.
In the match of RCB & Kolkata, Kolkata loss 7 wickets in last 7 overs for just 40 runs. The regularly wicket fallen is a big problem for Gambhir squad. Mcculum & Kallis is also not in a good form, Even Kolkata though will be worried with the form of Yusuf Pathan as he is yet to come up with a praise-worthy show for the Shah Rukh Khan-owned team.Shakib Al Hasan who was finally included in the line-up after much criticism, is yet to fire with the bat although he did reasonably well with the ball. The Bangladeshi all-rounder would be keen to be in the thick of action on the slow Eden Gardens strip.

Rajasthan : It would be a big mistake to write off the Jaipur who started with successive wins against Punjab and Kolkata. For Dravid and his team, having experienced their first defeat in Mumbai. It would be a challenge to Dravid Squad to perform outside home. Dravid is worried about his team bowling attack. He had a young bowling attack, there's a little inexperience.
In the match of Mumbai Indians & Rajasthan, they loss 90 runs in last 8 overs, Pollard & Rayudu hitting back to back sixes over the bowler infield. South- African bowler Ian Botha not in good form. Brad Hogg, doing commentary last year, made an impressive start to his IPL career with two wickets off his four overs while the other bowlers struggled for consistency. The team would hope that the bowlers stick to the task the way they did against the Kolkata in the first-leg while defending 164.
